We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

    Best String I've Every Purchased!

    This is by far the best made string I've ever purchased. The colors are beautiful and exactly what I asked for! The serving is nice and tight and perfectly done! The string is the perfect length I asked for. Out of the package, a couple twists gave me the perfect brace height and has had very little stretch. The string shot in quickly and only had to adjust my brace height a couple times during that. Once it was shot in, I haven't had to readjust at all! I will purchase ALL my strings here from now on!

    8125 recurve strings

    In 2017, while living in Arizona, I was worried about string stretch and wear. I contacted 60x and told them my issues of sand, dust, and 125 degree weather. They built me two 8125 recurve strings, and they were everything they said they'd be. The strings are very well made, and last several years. I still carry one as a back up. They made the strings to my request, the customer service is the best, and the servings never move or separate, even on compounds. I highly recommend 60x strings to everyone when it comes to new strings.
