Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

    Nice strings!

    Very fast and prompt service. Product was top quality. My only set back was the description said only in black or Camo, so I just chose random colors as required..thinking I would receive either black or camo.. i was surprised when my random colors showed up.. No worries they are still pretty cool.

    Came exactly as ordered, shoots great. Ran into a problem where the serving became very unraveled so I contacted 60X. They sent a replacement immediately. Excellent service and commitment to customers.

    I couldn't find a string for my old bear compound bow anywhere but 60X to the rescue. Price was more then resonalble and fast shipping time.

    The camo color was a perfect match for my bow, which I was though was pretty impressive…The quality looks and feels good…the best part which is what made me go WOW is that it’s noiseless, paired with a pair of cat whiskers and don’t hear it or feel any vibration…shipping to Canada was fast, I will definitely buy from 60xcustomstring again and I will recommend them to everyone
