Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

BCY 3D bow string serving is a great all-around material. With a diameter of .017, it is constructed of 3-ply twisted Dyneema or Spectra material. This allows for servings to be tight but flexible. BCY 3D serving is an excellent choice for end serving on a bow string or cable, and it also serves well to tie in drop away rests, peep sights, and nocking points. The breaking strength of this string is 65lbs, and a jig spool contains 120 yards. We also offer this BCY 3D serving in 1/4lb and 1lb bulk spools for pre-order only. We place weekly BCY orders every Monday, and we usually receive them the following Monday. The 1/4 lb & 1 lb BCY 3D bow string serving is pre-order only. Pre-orders typically arrive for shipment within 7-10 days of the order being placed.
