Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority.

All orders receive an email confirmation when the order has been completed and are updated on the Order Status page.

Current lead time is 6-8 business days.  This lead time can vary depending on peak season.   After your order is processed you will receive an email updating your order status to pending.  When your status has been updated to pending that means your order has been sent over to the builders for completion of the string set.  When your string set is completed the tracking number will be uploaded and your order status will change to shipped.

Returns

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns. A 50% restocking fee is applied on all string returns.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Store Hours

Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our retail store location and phone hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3 pm EST.

Order Changes

Once you submit your order to 60X Custom Strings and it has been processed and marked pending we cannot change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after the status has been marked complete will be subject to our return policy.

60X Custom Strings accepts the following payment options:

  • Discover
  • Money Order (must clear before shipping)
  • Cashier’s Check (must clear before shipping)

International Orders

International orders are always welcome. You may place your order online. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.

We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting parts to you from the US. We ship USPS. USPS is generally much cheaper but is not insured and takes a few extra days.

Errors

60X Custom Strings is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time.
