Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Experts generally recommend that frequent shooters change their worn strings every two years or so. However, changing your strings right out of the box is an easy and affordable upgrade that improves the performance and appearance of your bow. Our Diamond Infinite Edge bow strings have a length of 55 5/16” and buss cables with a length of 33 5/32”. Our strings are individually made and undergo our proprietary 5-stage stretching process to ensure optimal performance. They eliminate creep, peep rotation, and serving separation, so you get a more accurate shot every time.

60X Custom Strings warrants each 452X and X set against peep rotation, serving separation, creep, manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship and design for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. There is no peep rotation guarantee on PSE unserved idler setups or economy sets. ALL warranty strings/cables must be returned for inspection prior to repair or replacements being issued. Inspection will check for unusual wear or improper installation. 60X Custom Strings reserves the right to repair or replace any strings/cables at our own discretion. Warranty Exclusions: Damage due to improper installation or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the user or assembler. Products that have been modified, neglected used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused or anything other than normal use. Normal wear and tear. Cut strands from peep sights or cable slides This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of 60X Custom Strings and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly or through an authorized dealer. In no event shall 60X Custom Strings be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability. 60X Custom Strings products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date of the product, subject to limitations detailed above. Crossbow strings/cables carries a 30 day warranty.

    So first let me say I'm new to bow hunting and this is my first time getting new string for my bow. I got custom colors orange and black for the colors and it looks great, I will try to write a follow up review in a month or so talk more about the quality

    60x string set

    Well made and good quality. Had bought so called "competition" strings on the bay. Servings were loose and could be slid up and down string. Buy 60x strings and forget about saving a dollar. Well worth the money and 3rd set I have purchased for 60x.

    Excellent Strings

    I bought my Diamond Infinite Edge Pro in June of 2019. Been shooting it for a while and noticed that the cam strings were fraying just slightly. So I decided to get some new strings and went with 60X so I can customize the it to the color of my choice. Used my old strings as reference for tying peep and nock. What a difference a great set of strings will do. I love it.

    Diamond bowstring

    The new strings are great, so much better than the factory ones. I am still tweaking the peep sight a bit because it is twisting just a hair. Overall, I am very happy with them.
