Returns: There are no returns on Last Chance Archery products, bowstrings, and/or cables due to the custom nature of the product. Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt & an RA# must accompany the returned item. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit. A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.

Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval. When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
Shipping: I understand 60X Custom Strings is not responsible for delays created by the shipper. Any issues regarding shipping delays should be taken up with the shipper (USPS / UPS / FedEx). If you would like to insure your package in case there is an issue during delivery, you will need to contact us directly. We ship Monday through Friday; orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Rush orders (UPS Next Day, USPS Express or Fedex Priority Overnight) are charge a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE Express Surcharge in addition to the shipping cost and will be placed on top priority. All orders receive an email confirmation when the order has been completed and are updated on the Order Status page. Lead times can vary depending on peak season. After your order is processed, you will receive an email updating your order status to "Awaiting Fulfillment". When your status has been updated to "Awaiting Fulfillment", that means your order has been sent over to the builders for completion. When your string set is completed, the tracking number will be uploaded, and your order status will change to shipped.
Warranty: 60X Custom Strings warrants each 452X set against peep rotation, serving separation, creep, manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship, and design for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. There is no peep rotation guarantee on PSE unserved idler setups or economy sets. ALL warranty strings/cables must be returned for inspection prior to repair or replacements being issued. Inspection will check for unusual wear or improper installation. 60X Custom Strings reserves the right to repair or replace any strings/cables at our own discretion.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage due to improper installation or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the user or assembler.
- Products that have been modified, neglected, used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused, or anything other than normal use.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cut strands from peep sights or cable slides.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of 60X Custom Strings, and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly or through an authorized dealer. In no event shall 60X Custom Strings be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability. 60X Custom Strings products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date of the product, subject to limitations detailed above. Crossbow strings/cables carry a 30-day warranty. Economy strings/cables are not warranted. Some high-performance crossbows, such as narrow ten points and ravins, carry no warranty.
