Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

The Mathews Halon is an excellent compound hunting bow that can be improved with our custom-made Mathews Halon String & Cable Package. The Halon delivers an incredibly smooth draw, and 60X’s strings are designed to make it even smoother. Whether you’re looking to stop peep rotation or boost speed and accuracy, these pro custom strings get the job done right.

What You Get

This 5-piece set comes with a 61 5/8" string, 27 7/8" cables, and a 13" yoke. These strings have gone through our famous 5-stage stretching process, so they will be broken in and ready to shoot even faster. Give your Mathews Halon bow a unique look and choose from our 30 different bow string colors and 30 different serving colors.

These tough strings are made from long-lasting BCY material, so you can change strings less often and focus on shooting more. They also feature a BCY Powergrip center serving and Halo bow string serving to give them maximum durability. You’re going to be amazed when your bow has no creep, no peep rotation, and no serving separation.

How to Find Your String Length

If you’re not sure which size strings to choose for your Mathews Halon, check the limb sticker on the bow. If your bow doesn’t have the limb sticker, fill in as much information as possible or call us for expert assistance.

Color Matching

We do our best to make sure that your centers and end servings match, but the BCY Powergrip is only available in the following colors:

  • Black
  • Blue
  • Flo Green
  • Tan
  • Flo Orange
  • Flo Pink
  • Red
  • White

If your end serving color isn’t available in the Powergrip or Crossbow serving, the default color will be black. The color availability will also depend on what’s available. Feel free to give us a call before you place your order, so we can make sure we have your favorite bow string colors on hand.

60X Custom Strings warrants each 452X and X set against peep rotation, serving separation, creep, manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship and design for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. There is no peep rotation guarantee on PSE unserved idler setups or economy sets. ALL warranty strings/cables must be returned for inspection prior to repair or replacements being issued. Inspection will check for unusual wear or improper installation. 60X Custom Strings reserves the right to repair or replace any strings/cables at our own discretion. Warranty Exclusions: Damage due to improper installation or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the user or assembler. Products that have been modified, neglected used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused or anything other than normal use. Normal wear and tear. Cut strands from peep sights or cable slides This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of 60X Custom Strings and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly or through an authorized dealer. In no event shall 60X Custom Strings be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability. 60X Custom Strings products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date of the product, subject to limitations detailed above. Crossbow strings/cables carries a 30 day warranty.

    We have ordered many sets of strings in the past, and like this set of strings great turn around, great price, and top quality as usual. 60X custom strings never rotate, and never creeps due to their string making process.
