Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Q: How can I find my string lengths?

A:  String Lengths can be found on the limb sticker on your bow. If you do not have a limb sticker, please fill in as much information as possible.

 

Q: What will happen if a fluorescent or lighter serving is put on top of dark string material?

A: When fluorescent or lighter serving is put over top of a dark string material; the dark material tends to bleed into the serving distorting the serving color & becoming semi translucent in some cases.

 

Q: Will your center serving match you end servings?

A: We try to match YOUR centers & end servings the best we can, however BCY Powergrip is only manufactured in the basic colors (Black, Blue, Flo Green, Tan, Flo Orange, Flo Pink, Red, White).  If your end serving color isn’t available in Powergrip or Crossbow Serving, your center will default to black. *Color availability varies based on material.

    Great quality,performance and customer service!

    I bought these for my daughter's bow and they are working great. She shot her first competing with them an it was her personal best in a competition. I spent some time on the phone with 60x before ordering and he took the time to explain what makes his strings and cables better. I must say so far I am impressed!

    Great Quality

    60x strings are a game changer. You can definitely see a difference in my scores from before and after I started using them. The quality absolutely blew me away. As somebody who shoots a lot of arrows throughout my season, I can say that these strings last. Before I started using 60x strings, I was guaranteed to use at least one set a year. I am happy to recommend these strings to anyone in the archery world, as I am confident on the quality of these strings. Not to mention, the colors are so cool!

    Genesis String and Cable Kit

    My custom strings arrived quickly and installed very easy watching the the genesis YouTube video. Construction seems very good and they provide a much better grouping than the worn out factory strings.

    Game Changer

    After just 1 season the original strings on the Genesis bow were stretched so bad the bow was out of time. After a little inquiry about replacements I discovered 60X via instagram when they liked some of my team pictures. Gave them a call and it was like talking to an old friend, walked me right through and in a week or so the strings were here. Got them installed and tied some nocks and go to practicing. Night and day difference even between these and a new OEM set. Fast and accurate and they treat you right. I'll be replacing all the strings with 60x when the time comes.
