Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.
Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns. Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.
All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number. No returns will be accepted without an R/A number. Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

I recently had a bear hunt coming up , and wouldnt you know it, i broke my string 4 days before my hunt was to begin! Of course! After 6 hours of searching locally which no one even had a string that could stand up to my bow I was about to give up and borrow a friends Hoyt. A good bow, bot not an Oneida. 60x custom strings not only came to my aid, but produced the most beautiful custom string I have ever seen. They saved my hunt and bow. The string operates flawlessly.
