Why Use a BCY Halo Serving?
Spectra HMPE fiber is a popular serving material because it’s exceptionally tough, making it ideal for high-friction areas that demand the highest level of protection. Its slick, smooth tactile feel provides a clean release, which is especially important for finger shooting.

Should you wax bow string serving?
No, you don’t want to get any wax on the bow string serving, because it can attract dirt and debris that can cause damage. Wax can also make servings overly slippery. You should only wax the exposed areas of the bow string.
