Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.
Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns. Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.
All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number. No returns will be accepted without an R/A number. Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Great string. Really like the serving on the loop ends. Tried to order from another company and was quoted a 3 week lead time and unknown shipping date. I ordered from 60x on Sunday night had string in my hand Wednesday afternoon. Excellent product as well.
