Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

    I have used quite a few different high performance recurve bow strings with my Martin hunter in the last 10 years of ownership. Since setting up and tuning my bow with new string i have shot it several hundred times. Zero creep, stretch or change in brace height. Excellent material and excellent workmanship.
