Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

A normal set of bowstrings is either a bow string and cable for a single cam bow or a bow string and two cables for dual or hybrid cam bows. A “1 Cam String” is a string that is over 70″, a “2 Cam String” is a string that is under 69″. A “Control Cable” looks like a shorter string & a “Buss Cable” looks like a “Y” and has two loops on one end and one loop on the other. This listing gives you two equally twisted main colors with one pin stripe color and one serving color option.

Bows String & Cable Lengths

We provide your bows string & cable lengths to make sure you get what your bow needs. Our database of string specs is extensive but we don’t have them all. Please enter your info for: bow make, bow model, bow string length, cable one length, and cable two length (if applicable).

Q: How can I find my string lengths?

A: Check the limb sticker on your bow. No limb sticker? Please fill in as much information as possible.

Q: What happens if a fluorescent or lighter serving is put on top of dark string material?

A: The dark material can bleed into the serving, distorting the serving color & sometimes turning semi-translucent.

Q: Will your center serving match your end servings?

A: We match your centers & end servings the best we can, however BCY Powergrip is only manufactured in the basic colors (Black, Blue, Flo Green, Tan, Flo Orange, Flo Pink, Red, White). If your end serving color isn’t available in Powergrip or Crossbow Serving, your center defaults to black.

60X Custom Strings warrants each 452X and X set against peep rotation, serving separation, creep, manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship and design for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. There is no peep rotation guarantee on PSE unserved idler setups or economy sets. ALL warranty strings/cables must be returned for inspection prior to repair or replacements being issued. Inspection will check for unusual wear or improper installation. 60X Custom Strings reserves the right to repair or replace any strings/cables at our own discretion. Warranty Exclusions: Damage due to improper installation or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the user or assembler. Products that have been modified, neglected used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused or anything other than normal use. Normal wear and tear. Cut strands from peep sights or cable slides This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of 60X Custom Strings and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly or through an authorized dealer. In no event shall 60X Custom Strings be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability. 60X Custom Strings products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date of the product, subject to limitations detailed above. Crossbow strings/cables carries a 30 day warranty.

    National Update

    Just an update to my review last October, I went to the Nationals in Albuquerque NM.I shot my Hoyt with 60X Strings Purple,Black White ,Clear, an won the Gold, love the Strings and Cables.

    Beautiful and Durable

    I'm on my second set of this string and cable set. Both sets installed perfectly! The first set was nearly as good of shape when they came off as they were when they went on. The first set lasted me a whole indoor season without any signs of stretch, never had to fight peep rotating like some of the other factory and custom string brands.

    Great Strings!

    I have bought 3 sets of custom strings from 60x and I love them! The pin stripe is beautiful. Also, even after the strings went through many arrows on my bow, I couldn't feel the difference from when they were new!

    Amazing quality

    Incredible quality strings. Factory strings were stretched and was fighting peep rotation like crazy. These strings made the bow feel better than it did out of the box. I can't recommend these strings and cables enough.

    Great variety of colors, was able to match my bow prefectly. I shot about 1500 arrows since getting the strings and they feel great!

    Strings and cables

    Up until a couple of years ago I have always shot the bow manufacuter’s steings and cables. However, one season I had a disaster with my strings and decided tk order from 60X. I was genuinely shocked at what a difference these strings made in the bow’s performance and the overall feel of the bow. These strings and cables have held up beautifully! My personal performance has improved from the confidence Inhave in these strings. Thank you, 60X, for such an amazing product!

    Senior Olympics

    After using pin stripe 60X strings on my Hoyt Carbon express 34, I won Gold in Wyoming, Colorado and Colorado State games, been using 60X on my Hoyt Bows for hunting and target, no rotation ever, plus very impressive looking with colors. Going to the Nationals in New Mexico 2019, just ordered a new pin stripe set, flow purple white and black clear serving, it will be great.
