Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

A normal set of bowstrings is either a bow string and cable for a single cam bow or a bow string and two cables for dual or hybrid cam bows. A “1 Cam String” is a string that is over 70″, a “2 Cam String” is a string that is under 69″. A “Control Cable” looks like a shorter string & a “Buss Cable” looks like a “Y” and has two loops on one end and one loop on the other. This listing gives you two equally twisted main colors with one pin stripe color and one serving color option.

Bows String & Cable Lengths

We provide your bows string & cable lengths to make sure you get what your bow needs. Our database of string specs is extensive but we don’t have them all. Please enter your info for: bow make, bow model, bow string length, cable one length, and cable two length (if applicable).

Q: How can I find my string lengths?

A: Check the limb sticker on your bow. No limb sticker? Please fill in as much information as possible.

Q: What happens if a fluorescent or lighter serving is put on top of dark string material?

A: The dark material can bleed into the serving, distorting the serving color & sometimes turning semi-translucent.

Q: Will your center serving match your end servings?

A: We match your centers & end servings the best we can, however BCY Powergrip is only manufactured in the basic colors (Black, Blue, Flo Green, Tan, Flo Orange, Flo Pink, Red, White). If your end serving color isn’t available in Powergrip or Crossbow Serving, your center defaults to black.

60X Custom Strings warrants each 452X and X set against peep rotation, serving separation, creep, manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship and design for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. There is no peep rotation guarantee on PSE unserved idler setups or economy sets. ALL warranty strings/cables must be returned for inspection prior to repair or replacements being issued. Inspection will check for unusual wear or improper installation. 60X Custom Strings reserves the right to repair or replace any strings/cables at our own discretion. Warranty Exclusions: Damage due to improper installation or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the user or assembler. Products that have been modified, neglected used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused or anything other than normal use. Normal wear and tear. Cut strands from peep sights or cable slides This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of 60X Custom Strings and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly or through an authorized dealer. In no event shall 60X Custom Strings be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability. 60X Custom Strings products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date of the product, subject to limitations detailed above. Crossbow strings/cables carries a 30 day warranty.

    Quality threads

    Purple and black, purple serving with a fluro orange pinstripe, they look amazing. I put them on my hunting bow, an 80lb 2008 PSE X-Force 6 HF. This bad boy shoots a 525 grain arrow at just under 295 fps & hits hard. Installed the new strings & cables, set D-Loop, Peep, set the pre-lean and timing, near on bullet hole which really surprised me. Great work 60X, another set of quality threads.

    10 Days from the order to my (italian) door delivery. Strings and cables are perfect. No peep rotation. Now I’ll test the 60x set on my weekend torunament.

    Very pretty

    These strings can really take a beating from me. Being in the hot sun for hours, these strings can really handle the abuse. Very easy to tune as well. Not to mention, you can make them look very pretty

    Perfect

    This is my 5th set of strings with 60x . Every set have been perfect and tune and set in with a breeze. The price is very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. Being that I am afforded the opportunity to work on bows daily I am very picky in my setups. These strings are the best that I have seen and I wouldn’t put anything else on my personal bows

    Strings with style

    60X was able to do the style with the colors that I was wanting. Strings were made and shipped very quickly. Servings are great! End Loops are great! Made to spec! Have put 100 shots down range with them on my Hoyt Pro Comp Elite and they haven’t moved at all. Thank you 60X!

    I have used strings from several makes. 60X has been by far the best. I have had zero stretch or peep rotation. They look great and was exactly what I was expecting. You can bet that 60X strings will be on all my bows. Target and hunting!
