We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

    I've been using 60x strings since 2016. And I've yet to be disappointed. The quality of the strings is second to none, and workmanship is top notch, and their customer service is the best in the industry. When they take the time to call you to discuss your strung build shoes they are concerned about making you the string you want. I started using 60x strings because I was worried about string stretch in the Arizona desert. With temperatures reaching 118 degrees, the 60x strings never let me down. They called ans talked to me about my needs and built me strings that to this day are still in use and in great condition. I highly recommend them on the bowsite, the lestherwall and archery talk.
