We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

    I am brand new to archery and I must have purchased some really crappy strings when starting out because this new string blows all of those out of the water. It is perfectly sized and beautiful to look at. My black/red string looks amazing on my bow. The brace height is perfect out of the package - no need to twist to adjust it. Amazing string.
