Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

BCY X bow string material has the benefits and performance of 452X and 8190 combined into one material.  BCY-X is constructed of SK90 Dyneema (83%) and Vectran (17%) using a patented process for unmatched bow string perfomance.  All of these benefits add up to BCY X being the material of choice at 60X Custom Bowstrings.  Our owners, employees and pro staffers rely on the stability and consistency on the line at a tournament or in the field chasing a trophy of a lifetime.   Our recurve customers are happy to report added speed with a quiet, low vibration shot. The 1lb spools are available by pre-order only. We place weekly BCY orders each Monday and usually have them the following Monday. BCY X bow string material also offers these additional benefits:
